INVESTMENT STRATEGY

The investment strategy at Tahoe Blue Holdings is simple at its core. We typically target and acquire large, Class B multifamily apartments that are already proven and productive assets.  This strategy serves to maintain capital presevation while minimizing risk.

Our partners will then implement a value-add strategy to maximize the asset’s value. This often involves updating the look of the units and complex facilities. Small rent increases accompany the renovations, increasing the net operating income and the overall value of the property.

The team will then execute one of several exit strategies depending on current market conditions. This could include a refinance of the debt or could also include a sale of the property. Both of those events would return any investor’s initial capital as well as profits .
