Tahoe Blue Holdings, LLC is a Private Equity Real Estate investment firm that offers investors the opportunity to passively invest in large scale, multifamily and self-storage properties. Partnering with Tahoe Blue Holdings allows access to projects traditionally reserved for institutional-type investors. By syndicating, or pooling together with other investor’s contributions, we all gain from the benefits of large scale investments, leverage and experienced operators.

HOW WE DO IT

- We partner with proven and experienced operators with conservative underwriting practices
- Our partners acquire the property, renovate and rebrand, maximize the value of the property, increase NOI (Net Operating Income) and then exit when appropriate
- Hold periods are typically between 3-5 years
